Mr. Wolf has been lead trial counsel in some of the most significant cases brought by and against leading technology companies. His professional activities focus on patent, trade secret, licensing and business tort issues, and he has particular experience with medical and biomedical technologies and computer hardware and software. He has litigated in federal district and appellate courts throughout the US. Mr. Wolf has been a member of Howrey's Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups since 1995.
Representative Highlights
- JNJ/Wyeth v. Boston Scientific. Invalidated all four patents-in-suit in dispute over market leading drug-coated stents.
- Inflow v. Boston Scientific Corp. Won complete defense victory against a claim for $105 million for patent infringement.
- BioMedino v. GE Healthcare. Secured summary judgment of patent invalidity against claim for $40 million.
