“This article will focus on ‘The Effective Management of Product Liability Risk. This subject matter is broad enough to encompass product liability issues when they arise, as well as earlier, preemptive, precautionary, or prophylactic measures designed to ameliorate or limit the impact on reputation and the bottom line. In the European context, this requires a focus on (1) product safety and (2) product liability.”
