Jim Hendrick has over 30 years of experience with insurance coverage matters involving primary, excess and reinsurance policies issued in both the domestic and London market. He has experience in the control of product liability losses and claims arising from construction site accidents and occupational diseases, including the resolution of insurance coverage disputes and the management of teams of defense counsel and insurance adjustors. His jury trial and appellate experience includes insurance coverage, product liability and construction cases. He has additional trial and appellate experience in a variety of real estate, contract and malpractice matters.
Mr. Hendrick also has experience in the resolution of disputes without litigation by mediation, arbitration and mini-trials.
