William Hale is an associate in Howrey's Global Litigation Group’s Construction practice.
Mr. Hale is also a California licensed Civil Engineer. Prior to law school, he worked as a rigging engineer in the construction industry, planning and assisting in the safe execution of critical lifting and transportation activities. He has over ten years of field experience on domestic and international projects in the fossil power, petrochemical, mining and nuclear industries.
