GSA Submits $5.55 Billion Spending Proposal to Congress

The General Services Administration ("GSA") announced that it has submitted a $5.55 billion spending proposal to Congress detailing the public building projects it plans to undertake with the newly allocated stimulus funds. The complete list of projects includes $733 million for the construction of federal buildings and courthouses, and over $4.2 billion for the conversion of federal buildings into high-performance green buildings.
