Kimberly Graber is an associate in Howrey LLP’s Global Litigation Group where she specializes in complex civil litigation. Ms. Graber's commercial litigation experience has involved a wide variety of industries, including biotechnology and energy. Since joining Howrey, she has represented clients in cases involving products liability, multidistrict litigation, class actions, tortious interference with contract claims, and violations of securities laws. In addition, she was recently part of a team conducting an internal investigation for a Fortune 500 company.
Ms. Graber also has significant experience assisting a client involved in a major litigation with the collection, review and production of its electronically stored information for ediscovery.
Ms. Graber has also successfully represented several pro bono clients in cases ranging from violations of the client’s constitutional rights to a landlord-tenant dispute involving U.S. Housing and Urban Development regulations.
Ms. Graber served as a pro se law clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division from 2005-2006. While in law school Ms. Graber worked as a law clerk for various federal government agencies including the U.S. Department of Transportation, the U.S. Department of the Interior, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to becoming an attorney Ms. Graber served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Suriname, South America.

- In Re Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether Products Liability Litigation. Represent major U.S. oil refiner in cases alleging product liability, public and private nuisance, and violations of various state environmental protection laws, alleging that their use of the gasoline additive MTBE has caused and continues to cause environmental damage.
