Women In Leadership Howrey founded the Howrey Women Partners’ Initiative in 1992, breaking ground in using affinity among women attorneys to leverage individual careers and contribute to the firm. That initiative, now known as the Howrey Women’s Leadership Initiative, has grown in programming and impact within and outside the firm. The Initiative is available to all women attorneys at Howrey, and offers leadership roles at all levels. The Initiative features regular meetings in each office, women partner conferences, outside speakers on professional development and client events, as well as focusing on women transitioning to new levels in their careers.
Howrey women mean business: about their practices, their professionalism and their futures.
Howrey is proud to have been selected in the 2007 "Best Law Firms for Women" by Working Mother magazine and Flex-Time Lawyers LLC, a national consulting firm advising attorneys and legal employers on work / life balance and retaining and promoting women.
