Ms. Fink is a Partner in the Insurance Recovery and Commercial Trial practice groups. She specializes in general and complex litigation, insurance coverage advice. She has advised clients on a wide range of insurance-related issues, including coverage for products liability, environmental, asbestos, intellectual property, construction, products recall, directors and officers, toxic tort, employment practices, workers' compensation and securities-related claims. Ms. Fink also conducts an active commercial litigation practice in a wide variety of other areas, including railroad, defamation, eminent domain, shareholder derivative actions, fraud and unfair business practices. She has represented clients in all stages of federal and state court litigation.

Representative Highlights

  • Southern Pacific Transportation Company v. Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's/London. Represents a railroad in insurance coverage litigation against dozens of insurance companies for environmental claims relating to 63 sites throughout the Western United States.
  • In Re Wireless Phone Product Liability Litigation. Coordinates communications with insurers for a national wireless service provider with respect to pursuing its insurance coverage rights arising from a MDL proceeding involving underlying class actions alleging injuries from wireless telephone use.
  • Boeing North America, Inc. v. International Insurance Company. Successfully represented Boeing North America, Inc. in a federal court action to determine an excess insurer’s obligation to indemnify insured for a worker’s compensation claim.
