Senior Associate
Gabriel Crowson specializes in commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on consumer class action defense. He has litigated a number of class action cases in state and federal courts, involving claims under a variety of consumer fraud laws, such as the TILA, FDCPA, HOEPA, RESPA, and state deceptive practices statutes. Mr. Crowson has also authored several articles and spoken on the Class Action Fairness Act.
Mr. Crowson also has extensive experience in financial services litigation, having successfully defended a number of lender-liability suits. He has also secured the dismissal of several class action cases based on banking preemption principles.
