Eric Casher is an associate in Howrey's Construction Litigation practice. He represents owners (public and private), developers, and general contractors in resolution of disputes relating to delays, cost over-runs, mechanic's liens, stop notices, and construction defects. He has experience in various stages of litigation from discovery to motion practice, as well as, involvement in mediation and arbitration. Additionally, Mr. Casher actively engages in pro bono work with experience advocating in the Northern District Court on behalf of clients with U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights claims.
