The Right Place to Learn and Grow
Stagiaire ProgrammeOur Brussels office offers stagiaire positions to exceptional individuals who have a genuine interest in the law and demonstrate intellect, enthusiasm and commitment. From day one, stagiaires will be a valued member of the practice, working alongside our existing team of international lawyers on ongoing matters. They are given a comprehensive insight into the Antitrust and Intellectual Property practices of the Brussels office. The role of a stagiaire is varied and includes preparing memoranda, making internal presentations, attending meetings, and conducting legal research.
Candidates who wish to apply for a stagiaire position should demonstrate high academic achievement and fluency in spoken and written English. The position is for a limited duration and does not exceed six months.
Rechtsreferendare ProgrammeOur Brussels office also offers training positions to German Rechtsreferendare who demonstrate intellect, enthusiasm and commitment and wish to receive part of their training (either at the law firm seat and/or the elective seat) in a legal environment that allows them to participate in cutting-edge legal work in an international team.
Referendare are fully integrated into our team of antitrust lawyers, both in Brussels and other offices. From the beginning of their seat, referendare will be an integral part of our group, working alongside our team of international lawyers on ongoing matters. We take training seriously and feedback is an integral part of the everyday working experience. Referendare work closely with our associates and partners fulfilling much the same functions that a stagiaire / junior associate would be exposed to, with a particular focus on client-facing activities.
Candidates who wish to apply for a referendar position should have completed their legal studies with distinction, have a good working knowledge of the fundamentals of German and European competition law as well as an ability to express themselves fluently in spoken and written English. For candidates who have an interest in both antitrust and intellectual property law, we provide an opportunity to share the seat between the two practices in Brussels and Munich.
